Meet Kelli!

Kelli is the COO of Vacaré Group.

She joined the team in April of 2018. She has a driven focus in all things operations and HR.

Kelli says, when a successful bridge is built between clients and candidates, “…you can see the light go off in people’s eyes.” Kelli is unmatched in her multi-tasking and efficiency. She is always working towards a new operational goal, and discovering the most effective way to “make it happen.” Thus far, the most memorable aspect of Kelli’s experience at Vacaré Group has been the team.

“Every day is exciting, and our company culture makes this company special.” She values the face-to-face interaction that comes with the recruiting process, and Vacaré Group’s people-first vision. All of the work that we do is with each other’s roles in mind, and we work to support each other. Kelli is always taking balance and availability into account while simultaneously managing everyone’s professional calendar week-to-week.

On a typical day, Kelli balances…

  • Scheduling! Screens, interviews, external client meetings, kickoffs, internal meetings, references, offers, etc.
  • Facilitating candidate Outreach
  • Managing the back end of our work management platform, updating candidate statuses in real time
  • Training the operations team
  • Strategizing job postings with the recruiting team
  • Miscellaneous business development projects
  • Drafting spreadsheets for every occasion
  • Allocating hours to the recruiting team according to client expectations and existing pipelines

A fun fact about Kelli…

Eleven years ago, kelli was in New Zealand for a business trip. Before a meeting, she decided to go bungee jumping on a whim. Doing so, she fell in love with the environment around her and decided to move there for a year.
