Meet Allie!
Allie is a Senior Recruiter and the internship manager at Vacaré Group. She has been with us since July of 2022. Four years in, Allie is a leader and an expert in all things recruiting.
In an average work week, Allie…
- Communicates with client managers to assess priorities and strategize in real time
- Sources for qualified candidates
- Screens candidates for overall fit
- Contributes to external meetings
- Establishes expectations for incoming talent from role-to-role
- Facilitates training across a multitude of industries
- Meets with interns 1-on-1 to answer questions, provide support, and set recruiting goals
Allie loves working in a small, connected team. She speaks about the community aspect. “We are remote, but it feels like we are very close-knit… I never feel like I’m home alone”.
She says, “I feel a sense of pride when we continue to grow and work with our clients.” She is a fast-paced worker and learner. Before Vacaré Group, she worked in Higher Education, recruiting for professional and student staff positions. Her deeply-rooted passion for education has translated not only into her Senior Recruiting training responsibilities day-to-day, but also learning from each and every candidate.
