Meet Katie!
Katie is the Senior Vice President of Vacaré Group.
Katie does it all! She is a driven leader, an outstanding recruiter, and a dedicated client manager for the company.
She has been a part of Vacaré Group for over eleven years! Being involved since the beginning, Katie has worked with almost all of our clients in some way. She possesses expertise across countless industries.
She appreciates how Vacaré aims to assist and work alongside start-up companies to find the “right hires’ who may not have the internal infrastructure and resources otherwise. She loves seeing start-up companies become more and more established in their goals and successful in their hires. Katie says, “We align our goals with theirs, try to facilitate their growth, and are very relationship driven!”
Katie helps to mentor the recruiting team and works directly with our clients to align expectations. Day-to-day, she works on the business development side of things, carries out screens for incoming candidates across many different roles, facilitates training, and works end-to-end by following candidates through the process all the way to references and offer calls. As a client manager, She communicates directly with candidates and clients on a day-to-day basis.
Katie’s favorite part of working in recruiting is forming meaningful client connections. Vacaré Group works with a variety of companies at various stages of product development. Katie emphasizes how ”…they can always re-engage with us at any time.” “Not only do we get to watch start-up partners grow into highly successful companies and expand their scope, but we get to be a crucial part of that process.”
