Vacaré Group is currently expanding our growing team of talented recruiters. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in technical recruiting (software engineers, solutions architects, quality assurance engineers, etc.) in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Job Requirements:
- Part to Full-Time recruiting on-site for client
- Assisting with branding uniquely for the client for attracting the right talent
- Utilizing Social Media for strategically mining the talent pool
- Meet with Hiring Manager to determine job description, timeline, salary & other information pertinent to the job, updating offer letters, assisting during negotiation process
- Work with Vacaré Operations to post job description to job boards, social media, etc.
- Source candidates using a variety of sources and add candidates to pipeline
- Phone screen and coordinate calendars & schedule candidate for in-person interview
- Act as main contact for candidate, prep candidate for formal, in-person meetings on-site
- Attend recruiting/networking events to source candidates
- Communicate decision timeline to candidate
- Work to improve recruiting and hiring processes as needed
Experience Requirements:
Available to work on-site for client
- Strong background in high-tech recruiting & candidate sourcing
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- A combination of Agency & Corporate Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
