Position Title: Account Manager
Reports To: VP of Sales

MAC Wholesale, located in East Bridgewater, MA, is looking to hire an Account Manager! MAC Wholesale is a leader in the sales of closeouts & excess inventory. We are well-known and respected in the industry.


GENERAL SUMMARY

Manages, services and grows existing customer base while screening and soliciting potential new customers with an ongoing goal of growing overall business We are looking for thoughtful sales people who are aggressive and driven to be successful and are not afraid to try new and creative ways to stand out with our customers!

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains ongoing sales relationship with all existing and active customers in assigned customer list by finding new and creative ways to engage with customers in the selling process (Hunter/Farmer)
  • Screens and activates new customers attempting to do business with MAC wholesale
  • Explores and solicits new customers and new channels to find and establish new points of distribution
  • Finds new ways, or new technologies to reach all customers in the most effective and efficient ways while offering new deals or selling existing products
  • Ensures all commitments and orders are processed as soon as possible while aligning MAC Wholesale and customer requirements
  • Effectively communicates customer and sales updates to entire MAC organization
  • Works closely with sales team, buying team and all internal support functions
  • Some travel required to customers or trade shows, based on direction of the VP of Sales

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Desire to work in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products
  • Experience/Exposure to CRM tools and utilization of available social media (LinkedIn)
